A native of the Inland Empire, Eric was raised in a family that was deeply rooted in the real estate industry. When it came time to choose a profession, Eric naturally gravitated toward the field of mortgage lending.
Eric's emphasis in Mortgage has always been first time home buyers utilizing the California Housing Finance Agency is down payment assistance program.
Eric's focus on customer service, matches each client with the loan that best suits their needs. His commitment to quality service is reflected in his clientele base. Over 80% of Eric's business comes from satisfied past customers and past customer referrals.
In his career, Eric has funded over 1000 loans and is multi-time member of the elite Presidents Circle, at Golden Empire Mortgage. In a field of 175 loan officers, Eric is ranked in the top five.
On a personal note, Eric is active in the community of Chino. He spends time as a Rotary member, committed to local matters of benefit to the community. He has also served as a Chino Pop Warner coach, for his son's football team.
